Hi! I'm Irina Levchenko. I'm the head of the MAS Design Studio, which renders professional wall
design and decoration services using traditional and creative decorating techniques. We've
chosen interior wall design as our core business activity. Today, such services are of high
demand, and to us the development of original layered textures – used in interior design for
ceiling, wall, column decoration and stucco moldings – is an exciting creative process.
Our studio is an exclusive representative of the MAS Paints Italian factory both in Kazakhstan
and Eurasian Economic Union countries. We also offer paints of Russian and European
manufacturers. Wide range of our decorative wall coverings will let you implement any creative
ideas. Our collection includes decorative plasters mimicking silk, satin velvet, nubuck, woods,
and even marble. Today, the most popular coatings are the ones mimicking concrete, rust, and
metal. The most beautiful and eye-catching ones are, of course, mural, bas-relief, stencil
techniques, and gold wall art.
. We're an established company with 20 years of successful operation in Kazakhstan. We carried
out our first projects in 2000. We were one of the first companies that opened a showroom and
introduced decorative coverings from the United Arab Emirates to the market of Kazakhstan. It
took us three years to teach the market community how to work with decorative plasters, and
only after that they finally started selling.
Today, our goal is to open a showroom in Dubai. Our partners' paint factory is situated in the
United Arab Emirates. With the support of the MAS Paint and Chemical Industry factory, we aim
to continue promotion of products in the Middle East and Africa.
Today, there are about 10 large paintwork material plants in the United Arab Emirates. After
conducting a marketing study in Dubai, we found out that only 20% of globally produced
decorative coatings are presented on the market, and we can successfully introduce the rest. So,
we came up with the idea of opening a showroom (which will also serve as a cultural center) to
display not only the best decorative plasters, but also bas-reliefs, mural paintings, and liquid
metal wall decor. This will be a creative space for artists, architects, and designers, where one
will be able to choose textures, communicate with fellow professionals, exhibit their work,
conduct master classes and presentations.
Today, large-scale construction is underway in the United Arab Emirates. According to the Dubai
2040 Urban Master Plan presented by the Crown Prince of Dubai — Sheikh Mohammed bin
Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai is set to be made the world's best place to live, work and visit. The
new directives aim to attract talented youth. Large-scale construction projects will be carried
out, and unique benefits will be offered to attract young people from all over the world.
In Dubai, the decorative plaster sector holds a significant share in the construction industry. At
our MAS DESIGN Decorative and Cultural Center we could train young professionals, so they
could become sought-after specialists in painting and decorating. In the past, we have
cooperated with construction colleges. Besides, we are certified international experts of the
Worldskills Competition.
What's more, we are a team of highly professional decorators. We hire talented artists with a
degree in monumental art and the best restoration artists in the CIS. We ensure high-quality
result, and can work on a tight schedule. For example, in 2020, at the site of the Housing
Settlement for Lawmakers in Nur-Sultan consisting of 48 cottages, we've accomplished works on
the area of 28 000 m2 by a team of ten people in just 11 months. We cooperate with such
construction companies as the BAZIS-A, BI Group, Cumbre Construction, Turkuaz, Mobitex, and
many others.
Facilities we worked on include the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Astana
Ballet theatre, the Baiterek monument, the Hilton Garden Inn hotel, the Kazakhstan Electricity
Grid Operating Company, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Presidential
Palace, the Schoolchildren's Palace, EXPO, the Emerald Quarter and the Q business centers, the
French House, Ice arena; the Gorodskoy Romans, Milennium, Astoria, and Triumphalny
residential complexes; tennis court, as well as numerous restaurants and private facilities.
We plan to launch our showroom within a year after we collect sufficient funds for
implementation of this project. We need a space of about 1000 m2, which we'll renovate and
refit to include a warehouse and workshops. Besides, we'll train people and launch a marketing
campaign.
At the moment, we already have an 80 m2 office at the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre in
Jumeirah Lakes Towers, and aim to expand our presence in the United Arab Emirates and enter
the Dubai market with a full range of our products.
To launch our project, we need to raise about 565 thousand euros. The payback period of the
project is 2–3 years.
In 2005, we opened the Stars Dome Interiors design bureau in the United Arab Emirates. We
have a thorough understanding of all aspects necessary for successful operation in the region,
including materials supply, logistics, and business processes.
We are interested in beautiful, ambitious, large-scale projects, such as we fulfill in Kazakhstan,
the projects with extraordinary needs in terms of decoration, such as palaces, mosques, hotels,
and cultural heritage sites. Typically, these are the projects supported or carried out by the
government. And we have everything that may be necessary for carrying out such large-scale
works!
The showroom is to be located downtown Dubai, in the Al Qouz industrial area, alongside major
manufacturers and suppliers of materials.
16. In our center, one will be able not only to purchase materials, but also to order a design project
(both online and offline), as well as to purchase paintings, posters, and artworks for interior
decoration. We will conduct regular master classes and contemporary art fairs. Our goal is to
become an interactive contemporary culture and arts center!
We have prepared many gifts for our sponsors. For example, we can organize the cultural
activities program, invite them to Dubai, and introduce them to local traditions and attractions,
as well as conduct tours, and organize a walk and dinner on the boat.
We invite you to support our project. We are open to any suggestions and business
opportunities.
